He goes for the feature race at 7.00pm, bidding for his 7th course win for us.

Lincoln Day at Doncaster

The flat turf season 2022 kicks off with Lincoln Day at Doncaster on Saturday.

We send MONDAMMEJ for the second race at 1.50 the 6f Cammidge Trophy Stakes a Listed contest. The drying ground will help him and he has the benefit of a recent run over many of his rivals returning from a winter break.

Our next runners are likely to be on Monday

Back to action

We get back underway following the short break to Flat racing with 4 runners at Newcastle on Friday

Our next runner is on Saturday

10th Winner of the year

VAN DIJK made it 10 wins for the yard for the year when successful at Southwell on Thursday evening. He’s talented yet enigmatic.

Our next runners should be on Friday 25th March, following the break

The Next Week

We now have no runners at Wolverhampton on Saturday and Flat Racing takes a break for a few days until Newcastle next Friday and then of course the Flat turf season starts next weekend with the Lincoln meeting at Doncaster.

More news next week

2 Meeting Tuesday

Cheltenham gets underway on Tuesday but for our yard, it’s racing at the evening fixtures at Southwell & Newcastle.

Southwell sees RAABEH heading back to the scene of his course and distance win, albeit in a higher grade. He has run well here in his races all season.

ABNAA & SPARTAN FIGHTER head up to Newcastle. They are both at the forefront in the All Weather Championships for winning most horse. Spartan Fighter leads the table with 5 wins, whilst Abnaa is joint second on 4 wins. See if they can add to their profiles here.

It’s a likely double header again on Thursday at Wolverhampton and Southwell.
